Game Length – Quick, Competitive, and fun each WWST game is 4 innings with a 45-minute time limit to keep the action moving and the day flowing smoothly. This format makes sure games stay fast-paced, competitive, and fun — no long waits, just nonstop energy and more chances to play!
Every WWST tournament guarantees at least 3 games per team. You’ll play 2 round-robin games to get warmed up and ranked, then head into the playoffs where it’s win or go home. This format keeps the day exciting, gives every team a fair shot, and ensures plenty of playing time for all!
What’s the Golden Batting Order? With our Golden Batting Order rule, the final inning is a fresh start — your team can choose any batting order you want each time up. No set lineup, just strategy, fun, and flexibility. It keeps everyone involved and adds a twist to the game that rewards smart plays and quick thinking.
Why a 5-Run Limit Per Inning? To keep things fun, competitive, and fast-paced, we enforce a 5-run limit per inning. This helps prevent blowouts, keeps both teams engaged, and ensures games stay on schedule — so everyone gets the most out of their tournament experience. It’s all about keeping the energy high and the action moving! In the last inning theres no limitations!
All pitches must follow a 12-6 arch, meaning the ball should travel in a smooth arc, coming down from a high point (like on a clock from 12 to 6). This keeps the game fair, fun, and consistent for all batters — no fastballs. Just classic slow-pitch style!
Aside from our custom rules (like the 5-run limit and Golden Batting Order), all other standard slow-pitch softball rules apply. That means fair/foul balls, outs, base running, and fielding follow the usual slow-pitch guidelines to keep things familiar, fun, and easy to follow for everyone.

"Loved everything so far"
“Hands down the most fun I’ve had playing softball in years!
The games were competitive but still super chill, and the energy was unmatched. I loved the 5-run limit and flexible batting order — it kept things moving and gave everyone a chance to shine. Can’t wait for the next WWST tournament!”

"My life changed forever"
“WWST wasn’t just a tournament — it brought me back to life.
After stepping away from sports for years, I didn’t realize how much I missed the community, the competition, and just having something to look forward to. Playing in the softball tournament reminded me how powerful sports can be for your mental health. I met new friends, felt connected again, and found a piece of myself I thought I lost. I’m truly grateful.”
